If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, contact us HERE within 90 days of your purchase to request an exchange or full refund. We will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.


Returns:

 

This guarantee is for a full 90 days. You can return any product within that time for any reason, no-questions-asked. If it has been more than 90 days, unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To return a product, simply contact BodyHealth by phone or email, and our friendly Customer Delight Representatives will discuss the issue with you and help provide you with an RMA number and next steps. Although we offer free shipping to our customers, we do not provide free return shipping labels.

Here are the BodyHealth Return Policies:

  1. This return policy only applies to retail products purchased directly from BodyHealth.com or our store in Florida and does not apply to Amazon.com or products purchased at grocery locations.
  2. One opened bottle of each product is eligible for return; all other returned products must be clean, undamaged, and in the original sealed container for refund.
  3. Although we offer free shipping to our customers, we do not provide free return shipping.
  4. Items that are not eligible for return/refund are: Sample items, gift cards and/or open bottles of Kaqun Water.
  5. If you purchased a program/package that involved a package discount and you are not returning the whole package/program, the discounted price is thereby forfeited and any items not returned will be reassessed at the un-discounted individual product price, and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.
  6. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your bodyhealth.com order number. Please do not send your purchase back without obtaining a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first.

Refund Procedure:

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

After which, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first double check with your bank account. It usually takes 10-14 business days to reflect in your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact usHERE.

As stated above, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Product Subscriptions:

Subscribers can cancel subscriptions at any time. Please allow up to 7 days for subscriptions to be canceled. We can not refund any recurring payments that happen within this 7 day cancellation period. 

If the subscription doesn't fit your lifestyle, please call to discuss modifying your subscription so that you receive the right amount of products at a time that works for you.
